Since 1994, Shorewood Acres has been a small, family-owned boarding and training facility located in the quiet suburb of Grayslake, Illinois (conveniently located in the center of Lake County).

The property houses a main barn with
30 stalls and an attached indoor riding arena. Our goal is to create a safe and friendly atmosphere for our customers while providing a quailty environment for the horses.

While our emphasis is on youth and beginning adult riders we welcome all levels of riders and horses. Both english and western lessons are available.
